I just came off the beach to shower before heading into town to do some shopping, but I thought I’d pop in to share this guest post with you. I had the pleasure of meeting Jess the other week and she was kind enough to compile a list of songs to add to your current playlist (especially if you’re in need of a little summer-loving!). Hi everyone! I’m Jess from Just Call Me Janks. Colleen and I recently connected through the blogosphere and were amazed at how many mutual connections we have (Smalltimore, I tell ya!).

I’m sure we’re all just a tiny bit envious that Colleen is hanging out by the beach, soaking up some rays. So instead of scowling and staring out the window, I decided to make the best of the situation and put on some tunes that remind me of the summer season.

So join me while I  close my eyes, imagine the sun on my face, rolled-down windows and a cranked up stereo. It’s time for some fun!

9. Decisions, Decisions – The Starting Line(or anything off their album Say It Like You Mean It)

11. Back in Black – AC/DC(for your take-no-prisoners, kick-butt alter ego)

As you can see, I like a good mix of music but tend toward country in the summer. At the very least, I hope that you all have taken some time to sit back, relax and enjoy some tunes!
